• Your legal name, address of site, postal address, email and phone details

– NMI (National Meter Identifier), previous billing information and usage estimates

– Inspection and installation photos on site in relation to your installation

– You can review/amend the data you provide to us should any of the details change

The information we collect is required to understand the requirements of your works requested. The information provided is stored in a secure cloud based system with access only being granted to the relevant employees of Central Spark Victoria.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access of disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safe guard and secure the information we collect from you.

We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide services to you and as otherwise necessary to comply with our legal obligations, product and service warranties,  resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

In the event there is a breach of our security and your personal data is compromised we will promptly notify you in compliance with the applicable law (Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme).

4.       Disclosure & use of your information

Any information collected by Central Spark Victoria will not be disclosed to third parties, except when you have provided written consent, the circumstances require disclosure to prevent a threat to health or life, or Central Spark Victoria is authorised by law or believes it is reasonably necessary to disclose your personal information to enforce the law.  Notwithstanding the requirements by government agencies, electricity distributors and warranty registrations.

Central Spark Victoria requires your personal information in order for you to be provided with services from Central Spark Victoria. Any personal information provided will only be used in accordance with the objects and purposes of Central Spark Victoria services. 

Central Spark Victoria records your personal information on its own database. This information is stored for Central Spark Victoria’s benefit only and may be used to market, review, research and analyse Central Spark Victoria’s products and services. You may have access to your personal information or object to the use of your personal information if you provide Central Spark Victoria with reasonable notice stating your objection (together with reasons for the objection), or requesting access to your personal information.
