Pricing, regular service, inc. grid-connected solar [from July 2026]
- Minimum call-out: $280, inc. GST [usually includes 1x A-Grade electrician and 1x staff, up to one hour]
- Further work charged at $145 per hour, inc. GST
- Panel cleaning can be included within these costs, if access requirements are straightforward
Pricing, expert diagnostics, inc. off-grid solar [from July 2026]
- $140 per hour, inc. GST [in 15 min increments IE $35 per 15 mins]
Usually a service visit can be completed in one hour. A poorly maintained system may take two hours or longer.
Conditions:
- Faulty inverters. If we are requested to attend site to diagnose a faulty inverter that then requires replacement, the service call invoice still needs to be paid in addition to the replacement inverter.
- Whole systems. If a customer chooses to replace the entire system (panels and inverter) we are able to credit the service invoice to the purchase of the new system.
